By using AUXX ("the app") you agree to these terms.

1. The service

AUXX is a music-practice tool that lets you loop sections of audio, slow them down, separate stems, and use practice aids like a tuner, metronome, chord detection, and synced lyrics. Audio processing happens on your device.

2. Credits and ads

• Stem separation jobs consume credits.
• You can earn credits by watching rewarded ads, subject to a daily cap.
• Credits have no monetary value and are not transferable between devices or accounts.
• We may change credit pricing, daily caps, or ad availability at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only with audio you have the right to use. You are responsible for complying with any copyright or licensing terms that apply to the audio you import. We are not responsible for how you use exported audio.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Stem separation, chord detection, BPM detection, and the tuner are best-effort tools and may produce inaccurate results. Do not rely on them for professional or commercial decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
